ABANDONED FARM ANIMALS IN SPARTA, NJ UPDATE 3/14/14 URGENT! HOME NEEDED ASAP FOR 2 GOATS PLEASE SHARE!! The Barnyard Sanctuary in Columbia, NJ is working with the NJ SPCA on an abandonment case in Sparta, NJ. These 2 goats (listed below), plus many more animals that have already been placed (pigs, turkey, ducks, chickens), were left without food or water, and closed up in a dark barn. The Barnyard Sanctuary is looking for a home for these 2 beautiful, super friendly goats. Because they are carriers for CL and CAE, they need to be the only goats or sheep, unless yours are carriers also, as it is contagious. As there are MANY goats out there with these diseases, taking these 2 does not mean you cannot expand your herd, if you want. 2 BEAUTIFUL WHITE GOATS Unaltered male LaMancha, white with horns, age unknown, but guestimating 3-4 years old. Super friendly and loving. Will be castrated. Female Saamen, possibly pregnant. White, no horns, totally friendly also. Guestimating 1-2 years old.
