ABCs of Reaching your Fitness Goal in 2015 Accept the challenge! Believe in yourself and the person you are becoming with your goal. Commit to learning the Big 3, squat, bench, and deadlift. Drink more water. Expect some obstacles. Stay Flexible with the obstacles and increase your (body’s) flexibility along the way. Good cardio is found under the bar or by doing sprints or swings. Hormones, you want more testosterone than estrogen, leave the marathons alone. Injections get your there faster, but only for vanity’s sack. Is it really worth it? Join a gym when you can do 20 straight pushups, 10 wall squats, and 1 pull up. *A male Keep kipping to a minimum. Learn by being under the bar. Mobility drills will keep you away from the doctor and in the gym, so do them. No injuries get you to your goal quicker, practice good form. WODs are a nice fad but they will leave you with more injuries in due time. X-ray your progress. You can’t drink everyday and expect to see results, unless you have a high metabolism, injections, or your lucky?
