ABOUT US We offer the correct training regime and nutrition program to meet your desired outcome, whether it be a mass monster like Ronnie Coleman, ripped to shreds like a CK model or something in between. - Cardio or Bulk training both available. - 1 on 1 tuition tailored to you the individual. - Work towards realistic goals. - No waiting your turn to use equipment. - We provide direction & support to our clients. - Private surroundings, no been judged by the big lads at the gym. - Tailor fitness plans to fit the unique abilities & needs of each client. - Identify your fitness level, body composition & strength. Work towards improving these via: weight loss, muscle building & correct nutrition. - Simplifying and varying workout routines, injecting an aspect of fun and teaching correct technique & form. FREE WEIGHT TRAINING The majority of the big commercial gyms today are full of machines. Although good when used in conjunction with free weights a machine will never have the same impact on a muscle. At the Dungeon gym we mainly use free weights for this reason and a pulley when necessary. BENEFITS OF USING FREE WEIGHTS: - Increased use of stabilizing muscles. - They allow you to train functional movements, just like real life activities. - Endless variations of exercises are available. - Free weights allow a full range of motion, working the muscle more. - Increased strength, strengthen large muscle groups at once with compound lifts. NUTRITION Lifting weights is only a small part of any training program, nutrition and diet play a major part when gaining lean muscle or losing fat. - Clients will be given a diary & asked to record what they eat (7days). - We then will analyze & tweak what needs to be removed or added depending on the individuals goal. - Provide sample diet plans. - Recommend nutritional but cost effective meals & foods. - Draw from our personal experience, what worked for us may very well work for you too. - Changes will be made until an optimal diet is reached.
