Job Description Position IT Support Executive Location Lahore The position reports to Manager IT Infrastructure and is responsible for installing, maintaining and supporting hardware and network communication within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and resolve hardware relevant issues. · Data Center Operation management, Maintains of windows server 2003/2008. · Perform installation, migrating and upgrades between Ms. Windows XP, Windows7 & Windows 8. · Provide email support on laptops, desktops and mobile (Smart Phone, Blackberry). · Ensure that network connectivity issues between branches are timely resolved. · Provide system support to regional and zonal office and branches · Visit regional/zonal offices to resolve hardware/network problems as and when required. Maintaining records of software licenses, Store Inventory. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to communicate well with internal and external contacts, vendor management. Ability to travel independently to branches for deployment of IT infrastructure etc. within Punjab region occasionally. Requirements: BCS/MCS ,Computer relevant degree MCSE & CCNA MCTS or MCITP etc. Network Relevant certification highly preferred.
