Applications for absentee ballots may be obtained on the 2nd floor of the Madison County Courthouse, Room 217. Open Monday-Friday from 8:30am to 5pm. All registered voters in Madison County on September 10 will decide if the Madison County Tax Collector and Tax Assessor elected offices will be consolidated into one elected office as the Madison County Revenue Commissioner.
