ABUSE TACTIC-OBFUSCATION: My landlord is a bully! He is lying about me because I wont let him coerce more money out of me. When I moved in he agreed to split the utilities four ways but lied and only split them between myself and the other two tenants. He always has all his lights, a space heater, television and computers turned on and eh thinks he can convince me that my one lightbulb that gets left on once in a while and a space heater with a thermostat that hardly ever runs because I am only there when I sleep at night uses $150 of electricity a month! When I confronted him about it he wrote up a 30 day notice with slanderous lies about me and started to accuse me of being a heroin addict because I hear you clearing your throat a lot. I now know why they call him Crazy Mike....WTF?
