AC Milan Interest in Scuffet Increases: AC Milan are continuing with their tracking of young Udinese goalkeeper Simone Scuffet, after some excellent performances this season. The 17-year-old made his first-team debut in February, and has kept his place ever since. Understandably, Milan are not the only club tracking the exciting youngster, with fellow Serie A giants Juventus and Napoli both registering serious interest. Scuffet is AC Milans number one choice for replacing long-term stopper Christian Abbiatti, according to Tuttosport. Mattia Perin is an alternative for any club missing out on Scuffet, as both are equally equipped for huge success in the future. After uncertainty about who would replace Gianluigi Buffon when he retires from international duty, suddenly the country has two players with magnificent potential. Any interested team would be best served to open negotiations now, as a bidding war could occur in the summer as all three of Milan, Juventus and Napoli look for another goalkeeper to join the ranks.
