Due to a valued, long termer relocating interstate, we currently have a requirement for an experienced and motivated Accounts Processing Officer to join our Finance Team. Were looking for an Accounts Processing Officer with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi task in a fast paced environment with high levels of accuracy. Whats the role? This is a permanent, part time role - 30 hours per week, (hours of work are flexible). Primary responsibilities include: - Processing creditor invoices and preparation of payment runs - Review of supplier invoices and supporting documents and identifying any issues or inaccurate information - Supplier liaison and account queries - Credit claim processing - Debtor invoicing is a significant portion of the role What are we looking for? To secure this role you will have had a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, particularly with a high volume of debtors experience. Essential to this role is the ability to work effectively as part of a small cohesive team and develop positive workplace relationships. Strong excel skills, intermediate level M/S Word, strong written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail required. Sound M/S Outlook skills also required.
