Snow will begin later tonight and last through the morning hours tomorrow. The snow could become heavy in some areas. Expect a rough Tuesday morning commute! Allow yourself extra time to get to school or work! Updated snowfall forecast is below... DISCLAIMER #1: I have listed some cities to give you a regional view of the snowfall I am expecting. I can in no way forecast how much snow will fall in your backyard. We forecast and the rest is up to fate. DISCLAIMER #2: We are currently working on getting someone who is able to post often and is good with graphics. That is not my cup of tea so be patient with us as we work on that. We are still in transition mode. Thank you! Indiana... CENTRAL INDIANA: (Including Terre Haute, Indianapolis, Richmond, Shelbyville, New Castle, Muncie, and Marion) 1-3 inches of snow possible. Isolated higher amounts possible due to higher liquid to snow ratios. SOUTH CENTRAL INDIANA: (Including Columbus, Seymour, Bedford, North Vernon, Vincennes, and Bloomington) 2-3 inches of snow possible with isolated 4 inch amounts not out of the question. SOUTHEAST INDIANA: (Including Greensburg, Batesville, Sunman, Holt, Dupont, Warsaw, Madison, and Vevay) 3-5 inches of snow possible. SOUTHWEST INDIANA: (Including Evansville, Jasper, Vincennes, Boonville, Rockport, Tell City, Princeton, and Vincennes) Less than once inch. FAR SOUTHERN INDIANA: Including the cities of Salem, Scottsburg, New Albany, Jeffersonvillle, and Austin: 1-3 inches of snow possible. Kentucky… NORTHERN/CENTRAL KENTUCKY: (Including Louisville, Lexington, Frankfort, Elizabethtown, and Campellsville) 2 to 4 inches of snow possible with the highest amounts near Lexington, KY. FAR SOUTHERN KENTUCKY: (Including Bowling Green, Elizabethtown, and Somerset) 1-3 inches of snow possible. Highest amounts will remain EAST of I65. WESTERN KENTUCKY: (Including Paducah, Madisonville, Hopkinsville, Mayfield, and Owensboro) Less than one inch. EASTERN KENTUCKY: (Including the cities of Richmond, West Liberty, Jackson, Pikeville, Hazard, and London) 3-5 inches of snow with locally higher amounts of 6 inches possible. Ohio… NORTHERN OHIO: (Including the cities Lima, Mansfield, Findlay, Akron, Sandusky, and Kent) Less than one inch. CENTRAL OHIO: (Including the cities of Columbus, Newark, Fairborn, Springfield, Dayton, and Zanesville) 2-3 inches of snow possible with the highest amounts in South Central Ohio. SOUTHERN OHIO: (Including the cities of Wilmington, Cincinnati, Norwood, Hamilton, Waverly, and Chillicothe) 3-5 inches of snow possible.
