ACORN by MM An acorn has four parts, Its from the stem we must start, It ties to the past, to what will and wont last, But everything has its start. Then theres the top, Which distinguishes it best, Each one is unique, Not like all the rest. Of course theres the shell, Protecting it well. Yet it separates the core, Where theres power and more. Last theres the seed, That wants to be free, For when it is sown, And has blossomed and grown, To grow to an oak, With no limits or cloak, It can then be alive, To accomplish and thrive. Your life is as such, Like the seed deep inside, When released from the past, From what will and wont last, You can live and be free, And then you will see, You were born to be great, For its never too late, To be all you can be, Like the acorns deep seed.
