ACT LIKE A FIGHTER. Many people know that actor, Tony Danza from Taxi and Whos the Boss television sitcom fame, fought as a professional middleweight throughout the 70s. What many people DONT know is that Dangerous Danza had no intention of becoming an actor, but was discovered at Gleasons Gym in New York City and was eventually offered the part of part time boxer/cab driver in Taxi (1978.) Even then, Danza was reluctant to give up his dream of becoming the next Rocky Graziano and continued to fight while the series was in its first season.
