ACT is hosting its winter clothing swap & shop at MUMS on Thursday, 11/6 and at MUHS on 12/9 and 12/10 from 11:30 am to 7 pm (11:30 to 3 students only) and 3 pm to 7 pm open to the public. We are collecting gently used items, ranging from clothing to accessories, jewelery, purses, CDs, DVDs, knick-knacks and holiday items. We have been sorting and hanging last weekend and found that we are not having enough ties, winter coats, formal wear (both girls and boys for the winter ball), girls skirts and dresses as well as jewelery, especially necklaces. If you like to do a late fall cleaning we are accepting items to be dropped of during weekdays from 3 to 6 at the Teen Center (basement of the Middlebury Municipal Building) or you can call me for other arrangements. You may donate your items or receive point cards which you can redeem for new used items during both days of the event.
