ACTION ALERT MEETING TONIGHT: Come to the Buncombe School Board meeting tonight @ 6:30, 175 Bingham Road, Asheville 28806 and ask them to vote YES to buy the site for our new Enka Intermediate 5/6 School. Enter on the far right side and walk back through doors to the meeting room. We can’t stress enough the importance of having lots of folks there tonight. You don’t have to be a great speaker; you just have to ask them to vote YES. We will have some folks out front in the hallway to help you find out where to sign up, explaining the situation and handing out information. We can’t delay even a month the purchase this land and start building our school. Please try to come and speak if you can, sign the petition if you haven’t and when you SHARE this status, make sure to write comments asking folks to come (or just copy this status and paste on yours) We are excited at the possibility that tonight, after 6 long years, Enka will be on the road to a new school and the overcrowding issue will begin to be solved for our students!
