ADDC inspects developmental projects UDHAMPUR, AUGUST 02 : To assess the pace of progress on different developmental projects being executed by Rural Development Department under MGNREGA, the Additional District Development Commissioner Udhampur, Mr. Ajay Singh Jamwal inspected different developmental works falling under Sunetar area in Tehsil Ramnagar of district Udhampur. During the tour, ADDC inspected various ongoing construction works being executed by Rural Development Department in the area. The ADDC also inspected PMGSY roads. The ADDC gave necessary instructions to the engineers of the executing agency that there should be no compromise with the quality of the construction works. He urged upon the concerned officers to speed up the construction work and ensure completion of works within stipulated time frame. Mr. Jamwal also paid visit to the closure of plantation raised by the soil conservation unit of forest department. He instructed the officers to maintain the digging depth, distance between the plants and adhered with the departmental norms for raising closures . Deputy Director Planning, Mr. Sham Lal Gupta, Block Development Officer, Ramnagar, officers of PMGSY and Soil Conservation were accompanied the ADDC.
