ADMA honorary award to Mr Abubakarr Bangura- Chairman of The Sierra Leone Central Union- SLCU - The Netherlands. Statement of appreciation upon receiving The ADMA AWARD on 11-10-2014 in Amsterdam! Distinguished ladies and gentleman and organisers of The ADMA awards, Let me use this opportunity to congratuate The organizers of this wonderful event and to express my heartfelt happiness for according me this award. I also want to express sincere thanks and appreciation on behalf The Sierra Leone Central Union for the award bestored upon Mr. Kelvin for his role in promoting our countrys talents and showcasing our culture. Ladies and gentlemen as we converge here today, I must inform you all that the future of our country is at stake with the outburst of the deadly Ebola epidemic which, according to World Health Organisation estimate, has taken the lives of over 4000 people. I want to dedicatie this AWARD to The Ebola victims and to those that are currently affected by The virus! As a Union, we are currently championing a campaign to mobilize resourses for emergency Aid package to fight Ebola in Sierra Leone in the form of books, medical equipements and used clotting, etc and leading a consortium to develop a post ebola plan for Sierra Leone. If there is any way you can help, please do so. Your help, whether in cash or kind will be highly appreciated as this time of need.
