ADMINISTRATION OFFICER 2 POSTS These posts are advertised in the DOD, broader Public Service and Media SALARY : R212 106 per annum CENTRE : Internal Audit Division, Pretoria REQUIREMENTS : A three year qualification in Administration or an NQF level 6 qualification related field with 2 years experience in office and administrative functions environment and/or Grade 12 Certificate with 4 years in office and administrative functions environment. Special requirements (skills needed): Extensive knowledge of various filing systems and the National Archives Act, Office and Business Administration skills, Experience in filing and document management, Computer literacy. DUTIES : The successful candidates will be responsible for the following specific tasks: Perform general administrative activities in support of the Division, Draft submissions, reports, submissions, memorandums and minutes for the Division, Conduct records and document management both manually and electronically, Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and workshops, Provide logistic support functions (make accommodation, flight and ground transport arrangements), Assist in completing and processing subsistence claims, Keep track of all incoming work and ensure that all deadlines are met, Liaise with all stakeholders relevant to the office, Administer leave administration, Process forms and documents related to claims, payments, invoices and consultant fees relevant to the office.
