ADMINISTRATION OFFICER/BOOKKEEPER Geographe Underground Services is a family owned business seeking the right person to fill our Bookkeeping/Office Admin role located in Busselton. Your work will involve the bookkeeping and general administration of the office, reporting to the Managing Directors and responsible for the overall finance and administration functions. To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate:- -Extensive experience with MYOB -Proficiency in MS Office packages -All facets of payroll and HR -All Bookkeeping work including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, budgeting, BAS, PAYG, GST and debt collection including liaison with the Accountant -Attention to detail, integrity and great communication skills -Ability to deal with Government departments, clients, suppliers and stakeholders -General admin duties This role has some direction, however can be at times autonomous, requiring the applicant to have integrity and honesty; able to schedule work and show time management skills. This position is part time Monday to Friday with work hours that may be able to be negotiated and family friendly. Remuneration will be determined by qualifications and experience.
