We are seeking a smart and motivated individual to help fill a multifaceted role providing assistance in daily office operations which includes accounting, dispatching, payroll and administrative duties. The successful candidate will possess solid organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Full time, Medical, 401K, and much more. Responsibilities: Phones, mail, generating reports, accounting, dispatch, payroll, communication within departments, and filing. Requirements: The ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills, learns quickly (and likes to learn), knowledge of construction is a plus, is proficient in standard office applications (MS Office, Outlook, Excel, & QuickBooks), and is comfortable with web-based software.
