ADMINISTRATORS NOTE: Hi, Kids: If you didnt know, some friends and I who administer the group we created called You Know Youre From Columbia Station, OH... have also taken over as administrators of this group. Jon Kuntzler, who created this group, is no longer on Facebook. Facebook said this group needed an administrator to keep it going, so I volunteered myself for the job and asked some friends to help me watch over this group. Anyway, this morning, a member of this group brought to my attention that another member had shared a post about some big internet sale on sunglasses. This group has annoyed many members before with such spam, which is really advertising from people who usually never heard of Columbia Station, but think that joining these community groups is their opportunity to market their wares on Facebook. I discovered to my horror that the person who shared the latest sunglasses ad is someone I dont really know. But I did add him to this group myself about a month ago. SORRY ABOUT THAT.His post has been removed, and I have decided to ban him from the group. I dont want to be a heavy-handed presence as a group administrator on this page, and from now on, I hope not to be. This was created as a free wheeling community group without a lot of rules, and I think it should remain that. We welcome any post about our members lives, then or now. We welcome any post about a business or event related to Columbia Station. But as long as I am an administrator of any group related to Columbia Station, I will reserve the right to remove any marketing post or other post that is not related in some way to Columbia Station, and especially any spam about sales on the internet. And I reserve the right to ban anyone who posts such things on this page from this group, If you have any questions about this or anything else related to this page, please let me know.
