Participants will receive a booklet on the day containing the course content and will be emailed the course. There will also be opportunity within the booklet to complete an exam based around the content, present one written and one audio/video presentation in which you can receive ACA (advanced coaching academy) credits. This is an intensive couple of days and previous attendees will be of an adequate level of base education. The content will be made accessible to a level suitable for L.3 Personal Trainers or those with adequate self reading to be of such a level. The weekends will be open at the early bird price of £300 up until the 1st Jan. This is for the entire weekend.
