Possessing Graduation degree from a recognized University and candidate have to qualify a typing Test in English on computer at the speed of 50 W.P.M. 5 Clerk On contract basis. Matriculate and possessing a valid driving license for LMV transport having driving experience of 5 years. No person shall be eligible for direct recruitment to the service if he is below 18 years of age as on the first day of January of the Recruitment year i.e 2013 and not more than 45 years of age on that date. However, in the case of candidate belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Backward Classes or who is an ex-servicemen, upper age limit shall be the same as may, from time to time, be prescribed by the State Government for entry into service for such candidates. 7.
