I live in the UK I am a mum to a son who us 9 years old born with congential heart disease and along his life journey had developmental delays , developed an abnormal movement disorder and ADHD/Autistic traits he has behavioural issues, it had been confirmed through genetic testing that my son has a rare duplication of a gene called HUWE1 ! Because its so rare his consultants here in the uk are unsure on how it will manifest and effect my son and treatment unknown x if anyone in the USA is aware of this gene or has a child with this duplication of HUWE1 I would be most grateful if you get in contact .
