ADVICE NEEDED for Special Mom & Community #psnm00238 My question is.. My son is 2.5yrs and has Down syndrome. Between his routine screenings and therapies alone, my insurance runs out and I use all of my hsa, making me pay thousands out of pocket each year. We dont qualify for Medicaid or medical tax breaks from the IRS. What do you all do when you make too much for assistance but not enough to just pay?
