ADVICE NEEDED for Special Mom #psnm00753 I have a 15 year old adopted son (I adopted him after his mother died from stage 4 ovarian cancer). Developmentally he is about 8-9. I was just diagnosed with very early stage 0 breast cancer. I know I will be having surgery and radiation (but as of now they think I wont need chemo). Trying to figure out how, what and when to tell my son! His only knowledge of cancer is the horrible battle his mom had before she died! Any sensitive insights greatly appreciated!!!
