The scene, filmed by bystanders has been around the web. The action takes place at the Rajiv Chowk Metro station in New Delhi. Sunday, September 28 in the late afternoon Afterwords, reports the website of France 24 Observers , violent clashes broke out between Indians and three African students (both Gabon and Burkina Faso). On the video, which lasts barely 6 minutes, have seen the sticks and chairs rain on the unfortunate, to the cheers of the crowd. The three young victims of this fit of hysterical violence had come to New Delhi to attend a party before returning the next day at Noida, in the suburbs. A woman would have laid charges of harassment against them, which would have triggered hostile reactions. But it would have vanished without filing a complaint after the Times Of India . According to a friend of students, who witnessed the scene quoted by France 24, the three men would have answered in Hindi with the Indians taking photos as if they were animals in a zoo. There were heated exchanges but it did not go further. Thats when they came to the Rajiv Chowk station to take their correspondence they were attacked by people who accused him of harassing an Indian girl [that they denied, Ed]. The tone is mounted, there were insults on both other and it escalated. These are subway riders who eventually interposed before the arrival of reinforcements. Two of the students had cuts to the head, and another had to undergo surgery on his arm.
