AFTC Members!! Dont miss out! We are evolving the Saturday program that we really believe will up your Martial Arts Experience. We are going to combine all ranks on Saturday and extend the class time. Class format will be similar to our Holiday Weekend Training. (Everyone seems to enjoy them so we decided to make Saturdays always a Holiday.) Saturdays will be designed to be a very active class! We will be reintroducing the concept of PLAYN (Positive Learning Activities You Need) which will allow you opportunity to use and revisit the skills you worked on throughout the week of training! So heres the schedule starting next week: 8:00-9:00 Advanced Belt Training (Brown & Black) 9:00-10:00 Family Training (AFTC Members can bring family and friends: A great class for all ages and ranks!) 10:00-11:30 Open Kids Self Defense (Ages 5-13 All Ranks)
