AFTER John Roberts Performance Horses at Double J Stables, Woodlawn, Va trained Romeo... Abused and broken, more like (1st 2 photos) After NO turnout and abusive training tactics ... Romeo colicked, tied up and has ulcers in addition to visible injuries. All this in less than 3 weeks :-( I guess this guy didnt think it important to tell owner that the horse wasnt really eating or drinking.... And he refused to adapt his training program to suit the individual. This friendly, smart, willing horse now has a broken spirit and cant raise his head above wither height or lower his head enough to eat grass comfortably. Now he is head shy. BEFORE (last 3 photos) Per vet experienced with abuse cases, it will take at least 2 months for his neck to be close to normal.
