AFTER-MONDAY MORNING Hey clean-eating challengers. Remember your “before shot”? It’s time for your after shot! Take the same measurements and weigh yourself in the same amount of clothes as you did last time. Keep in mind that this was after only ONE week of clean eating, so if you made a lot of headway, great! And if you didnt make a lot of progress, thats ok, too. Reflect on how you FEEL inside: do you feel more energetic? Do you feel more in control? Do you feel accomplished? Do you feel “cleansed”? And think about what other health behaviors you can work on now that clean eating is becoming more of a habit. I would LOVE for you to publish your results in this closed group or to send your weight results to me as a private message here on Facebook or my email rubyredhealth@gmail. It’s not a requirement, but if you’re proud of what you have accomplished, then let us (or me as the case may be) celebrate with you! Even if you can’t see a difference over the past week, at least save your before picture, because you’re journey is just getting started and you are gonna want that sucker later! Trust me.
