Aba high court rules made it clear that u can only sue where the purported action took place. Unfortunately Emma okochu displayed what is called JANKARA PRACTICE by filling such suit contrary to where d purported action took place. They admittedly swore in their affividavit that d purported suspension took place at Enugu. Therefore any suit emanating outside where d action took place can not stand. 2ndly No evidence of REMOVAL OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES (REV PROF PAUL EMEKA), no evidence of a lawfully convened meeting of the board of trustees, board of trustees can not sue itself, Paul EMEKA is the alter ego of the board of trustees: so claimant no1 can not stand, the rest of d claimant sueing as representing ABA DISTRICT AND ON THEIR PERSONAL CAPACITY revealed the height of ignorance, some persons parading themselves as lawyers should go back to school. ABA DISTRICT IS NOT A JURISTIC PERSON ...CAN NOT SUE ND CAN NOT BE SUED, THE INDIVIDUALS CAN ONLY SUE AT ENUGU THE HEADQUARTERS OF THE COPORATE BODY CALLED AG NIG. so Aba district cant sue and the individuals can only sue at Enugu...unfortunately the suit again cant stand. Experta Order operates within its jurisdictional boundaries..it can not cross Abia state...as they were crossing they boundaries bw Abia and Enugu ...that court order elapsed. Unfortunately they also forgot that before u serve court processes thru substituted means u need to secure and order from a court...as at d day they came to serve at link road their was no order of substituted service... And under a camera the BAILIF drooped it at d floor of d gate and claimed to have served. The best way to address what Emma okochua secured at Aba high court is WORTHLESS PIECES OF PAPER From day one two high courts ordered that d parties should revert to Status quo ante bellum NOT ORDINARY STATUS QUO and also retrained them from usurpating the rights of Rev prof Paul Emeka, so what ever u people did at okpoto was done on wrong foundation and u cannot put some tin upon nothing...illegality can not begat legality. Pls go and tell Emma okochua to redress from his steps. I know they are making their money but such money does not last. Its not part of the norms and ethos of this church. Lies and falsehood are not part of the traditional values of Dis church and christian lawyers dont do it. God bless you
