AGAGUN BEYOND THE PHYSICAL LIFE. The sudden announcement of the death of Dr Olusegun KoKumo Agagun in the early hours of 13th of September 2013 .has been the most traumatic and mournful episode in the history of Nigeria. It was an events which was received all over the country with unprecedented down pour of grief,regrets,apprehensions and condolences.In fact at no time of recent did Nigerians shown a deeper sense of loss than at the passing away of this historic figure who for nearly forty years dominated events and made positive, admirable contributions to the social, political and economic progress of his father land. The spectacle of an outstanding achiever,a great visionary and a brilliant lecturer,and an outstanding political administrator lying physically dead and speechless ,was one that shook the hearts of millions of Nigerians.
