AGAIN…I’M IN AWE OF GOD! God is too much and in a conversation with one of my assistants yesterday, I’m reminded just how deeply God’s involved in our lives. It was a conversation with God one Saturday that led me to ask her friend if she was still looking for a job, as I had interviewed her some prior months prior, but at that time I didn’t hire her. This particular Saturday, her friend came to see me and I remembered I had interviewed her and I decided to call her back for another interview. She was there to meet me within one hour! That day I told her that I wanted to see what she was capable of doing and I gave her an assignment which she did so well with that I invited her again to spend this time a week with us. That week, both my husband and I felt good about her and we hired her permanently. That was over two years ago and honestly she has been such an asset to our company. She’s very wise and she gives us such good advice and I appreciate her integrity and concern for our business. God, I’m grateful! So while I’m busy writing posts, God’s behind the scenes of my life bringing the best people to assist me. There’re so many things going on that I look back at them and say, ‘Wow, that’s God working for us!’ My new focus in life is simply to be about being the best person God would have me to be, to follow His will for my life, without expecting any praise or applause from anyone. In everything I do I try to do what is pleasing to God in every moment, every example and every experience. I want to be the best wife, the best mom and the best person, because I realize that everything is between me and God, forget about it being between me and anyone else! God, what would you have me to do? And when I give Him my best, He gives me his best! “The greater the sacrifice, the greater the reward” is how my beloved calendar puts it and I’m feeling greatly rewarded! WE ROLL WITH GOD!
