AGGHHH!!! Dilemma!! what should I do...... I have a young lady (early 30s) come to me because she wants very very...very large implants. She has contacted GSG because shes aware a lot of unscrupulous surgeons would take her money without caring for her welfare. Regardless of my input she is determined to have it done....the trouble is I dont agree with the Clown sized implants but at the same time if we turn this lady away shes sure to end up with someone with little no ethics who will give her what she wants with real consideration for her welfare and to make matters more complicated shes flying in to the UK from another European country cos she has heard the UK has the best surgeons....What would you do? we have a deadlock in the office so we thought we would ask you. xxx
