AGM, HR A.K.Khan & Co. Ltd. No. of Vacancies 01 Job Description / Responsibility The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the overall Human Resources & the administrative functions to implement the HR strategies & administration. The Position responsibilities include but are not limited to the following Support the Group on HR issues; Implement and administer HR plan and policies and ensure effective utilization of human resources; Analyze the overall productivity in each position to rationalize human resources. Analyze current cost of manpower in different positions against business requirement. Ensure proper recruitment on requisition to ensure efficient manning supply with annual head count plan; Provide full and professional HR services to the employees and day-to-day interpretation of HR policy and practice and its implementation in context. Continuous follow up HR activities with all the Departments and ensure in time support, coordination and communication with the employees; Conduct training need assessment (TNA) and plan training programs accordingly. Formulate policies, develop training modules & materials, and conduct training session. Prepare monthly Training action plan prioritizing the activities of the development accordingly. Conduct the performance appraisal for every employee of the company. Evaluate the performance; solve the problem regarding performance related conflict. Oversee compensation & Benefit programs to ensure regulatory compliance and competitive salary levels. Administer Payroll with all allied matters like bank advice, tax deduction; provident fund etc. Handle the grievance and disciplinary issues smoothly and Maintain disciplinary issue as per Labor Law. Assess the requirements and provide transport services in a most economical manner, control the pool transports and maintain proper records thereof. Contract and maintain vendor relationship for efficient operation of outsourced services Carryout necessary paper works in the office for record keeping, correspondences and updating related files and arrange timely submission of Govt. returns and payment of all bills and Govt. dues like telephone, electricity, water, gas, postal etc. and maintain proper records thereof Ensure proper maintenance of the Office building, office equipment, fittings and furniture in accordance to the standard. Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site. Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time as assigned by management. Job Nature Full-time Educational Requirements Masters/ M.B.A preferably in Human Resources Management from any reputed university. PGDHRM will be an added advantage. Experience Requirements At least 10 year(s) The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General HR, HRIS/HR Database Management, Organization Development/Process Improvement, Performance & Career Management, Recruitment & Selection The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Telecommunication, Multinational Companies Additional Job Requirements Age At least 35 year(s) Only males are allowed to apply. In-depth knowledge on HR operations, policy and procedure; Strong oral and written communication skills in English; Strong People Management; Well-organized and time management skills to meet deadlines; Conversant with Microsoft Office.
