AGORAPHOBIA. not familiar? Basically, housebound. I have PTSD, DEPRESSION, ANXIETY AND, was agoraphobic for 8 1/2 months. I am not ashamed. MASSIVE PANIC ATTACKS. My Therapists had to come here....it took me four to five days to go to Food Lion.....just planning....as I got out, AFTER 8 1/2 months, after intense home therapy, I could only go NO MORE THAN 5 miles or I had a full blown PANIC ATTACK. HERE IS A VERY REAL VIDEO. I OVERCAME IT.....BUT, IT WAS HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. But, I SURVIVED. I SURVIVED......
