AHHHHHH another day of canning coming on. I am going to make Bread and Butter pickles from the ball blue book recipe... some British bread and butter from the same book and some stackers. we really did have a bumper crop of cukes this year and it isnt over yet. We are going to leave a few of each type of cucumber to save for seeds. Will post some pics a little later of how things come out. Currently im just salt and water soaking the cukes for a better packing.
