AHM2014 officially comes to a closure. Started planning for the event back in march with Nicholas Goh at a coffeeshop before the actual training commenced in April. Throughout the duration of training, we learnt to compromise each other whether its NSF, regulars or NSMen, understanding each others restrictions due to other commitments like work and family. First of all, I would like to once again thanks Nicholas for engaging me to be the team coach and come out with the training programme for both 10km and 21km. Next many thanks to Timothy Chua for being the co coach and training the team in my absence. Thanks to my fellow buddies Melvin Wong, Alvin Lim Guo Hua, Marcus Reed, Ivan Low and the rest of the NSmen for stepping forward and working together to make this team stronger. Last but not least to all senior commanders like CGO Melvyn Ong, DY CGO, WO Leong, WO Sanjee Singh,Major Adrian Tan, Major Yeowchiang Ng, CO, Bn RSM for trusting and having faith in me as a coach and the team. I have indeed gained a lot of experience from this tasking and am definitely looking forward to continue contributing to the formation. Of course its always great to see friends along the way during AHM. I may have leave the army but my heart is always with you guys. Mission accomplished. KPI met. Always ready. Ready to strike.
