AIRCRAFT CRASH INCIDENT (OFF Airport) Incident Report re Aircraft Emergency Landing OOA 9:40 AM October 18, 2014 One (1) Single Engine CESSNA Trainer Plane, Model C-172 with registry Number RP-C7555 had an emergency landing at rice field of Brgy. Cabilaoan, LAOAC Pangasinan. Verified on board were one (1) LANCE NATHAN CONCEPCION y BASAS, 30 years old, single, Flight Instructor (FI) of Leading Edge International Aviation Academy (LEIAA) based at Poro Point San Fernando City, La Union, a native of Davao City and now presently residing at Poro Point City of San Fernando, La Union together with one (1) JULIAN PHILIP MACAPAGAL y CUBANGAY, 21 years old, single, pilot student at said academy and a resident of Marcelo Green Village, Bicutan, Taguig City. As a result of the emergency landing the aircraft went flip over, the aircraft incurred several damages while the persons on board escaped unharmed and with no other casualties injured/ harmed.
