The incumbent assists the local Guard Supervisor in exercising operational supervision of the local guard force. Duties includes, but are not limited to, overseeing the daily operation, inspecting all guard posts, organizing and conducting security-related training sessions and translation, assisting with formulating guard force standards, documenting unsatisfactory performance, coordinating with local Taiwan police services and providing administrative support.
