(AKA: Brother Richard) THE LAWS OF CREATION (IV) GEN. 1:9 – Law of Fruitfulness & Reproduction. “And God said, ‘Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself…’.” As you well know, that Law also applies to man, who yields fruit after his kind (children), and whose seed is in himself. The Jews understood the days of creation, and behaved accordingly. Consider the wedding at Canaan, when the Lord turned the water into wine. On what day did the wedding take place? That’s right: on the third day. In effect, the Jews honored the third day because it would bless the marriage and their future generations! What? Is that scriptural Brother Richard? Listen. Is not the Lord our God righteous? If God will CURSE unto the fourth generation, is it not a small thing for God to also BLESS unto the fourth generation? Then hear this: “For this PROMISE is (1) unto you, and (2) unto your children, (3) to them that are afar off, (4) even as many as the Lord our God shall call.” If the Lord God blesses you, He will also bless your children. What did the Lord say to Abraham? “And the LORD said, ‘Shall I hide from Abraham that thing which I do; seeing that Abraham shall surely become a great and mighty nation, and all the nations of the earth shall be blessed in him? For I know him, that he will COMMAND HIS CHILDREN and his household after him, and they shall keep the way of the LORD, to do justice and judgment; that the LORD may bring upon Abraham that which he hath spoken of him’.” Are we not the children of Abraham? Surely the Apostle Paul was referring to us when he wrote: “Know you, therefore, that they which are of faith, the same are the CHILDREN of Abraham.” Again, ”For the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the husband: else were your children unclean; BUT NOW ARE THEY HOLY.” So by YOUR faith are your spouse and children sanctified. If you keep your vessel clean, your spouse will also begin to be cleansed: or he will be taken out of the way. You see, beloved, the natural realm has no authority over the spiritual realm; it is the spiritual realm that has been EMPOWERED to do His will! So if YOU are clean, your children will be holy to the Lord until the day when they make THEIR OWN decision for God’s kingdom! Please bear in mind: our Lord God DID NOT command us to simply multiply, but has instructed us to “…be FRUITFUL and multiply…”. First get the blessing of the Lord in you, which says: “Repent, and be baptized [everyone] of you in the NAME of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and YOU SHALL receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.” Do you “see” the Promise? It is in the words, “YOU SHALL”. And then: “For this PROMISE is unto YOU…”. Yes, on this particular [third] day the Lord God commanded the earth to bring forth herbs, and grass, and trees: and not only to PRODUCE, but to produce seed AFTER ITS KIND! The Jews certainly understood the “Law of Creation”. Did the Lord Jesus also understand what the Jews were doing? Of course He did! Because the Bride and Groom in Canaan had honored God’s work on that day, then Jesus honored them with His FIRST MIRACLE! Will God also honor the faith of today’s Christians? I have to give a big, resounding, YES! And I am fully persuaded that the Lord’s blessings for you (and me) will still be unto the third and fourth generations!
