AKAINDE HALLUCINATES AGAIN AND THINKS ZAMBIANS WILL VOTE FOR HIS REGIONAL PARTY IN 2016. The Tonga dominated United Party for National Development (UPND) President Hakainde Hichilema has ridiculously urged Zambians to replicate the 1991 political revolution in 2016. Mr Hichilema who ascended to the UPND presidency on the back of calls for a Tonga to succeed Anderson Mazoka has ironically encouraged Zambians not to ignore calls for unity of purpose ahead of 2016 in order to usher in a new government. He says the power to change the country still remains in the hands of the Zambia people themselves.
