#AKNEWS P R E S S N O T E (TAPPACHABUTRA POLICE ARRESTED THE DACOITY ATTEMPT GANG) On tip of information, the Tappachabutra police arrested the Dacoity Attempt Gang namely – (1) Ashwin Rahul Kukillya s/o. Prithviraj Ashwin Kukillya, 20 yrs, Occ: Degree Student, r/o Pristine Place Balaji Layout, Gajularamaram, Qutbullapur, R.R. District (2) Mohd. Aslam s/o. Mohd. Afsar Saleem, 19 yrs, Occ: Water Motor repairer at Chaderghat, r/o. Netajinagar, Chirag Ali Lane, Abids, (3) Rahul Kamlekar s/o. Shankar Kamlekar, 20 yrs, Occ: Worker in Footware shop, r/o. Netajinagar, Chirag Ali Lane, Abids, (4) Majid Miyan s/o. Shabbir Miyan, 20 yrs, Occ: Salesman in Clothes shop, r/o. Ahmednagar, Ghousenagar, Bandlaguda, Chandrayangutta, (5) Mohd. Saddam s/o Mohd. Hussain, 21 yrs, Occ: Salesman in Prasad IMAX shopping complex, r/o. Sukbeer Kaman, Doodbowli, in Crime No: 253/2014, U/s: 395 r/w. 511 & 399 IPC of Tappachabutra police station. On interrogation the accused A1: Ashwin Rahul Kukillya confessed that his grandfather (complainant) Sri. Jagdish Prasad Jaiswal is aged 72 years is wise person, dealing with finance business. Long back the complainant son left the mother of A1 and got 2nd marriage, since then the A1 together with his mother and brother are staying separately, later on A1 mother got 2nd marriage and she along with her 2nd husband and children staying at Bommala Ramaram, Qutbullapur, R.R. District. Since last two years the A1 is meeting his grandfather (complainant) often and asking to bear his study expenses, but the complainant dodging the issue on the pretext of one or other reasons, due to which the A1 bore grudge over the complainant that though he is wise man having plenty of money he is not helping him to meet his education needs and waiting for a chance to rob away amount from his grandfather (complainant) under threat. As per his plan, on 7.11.2014 the A1 requested his associates A2 to A5 to assist him in implementing his plan of Dacoity and assured them to pay share from the Dacoity amount or Rs. 50,000/- each of them. As per their plan, on the intervening night of 7/8.11.2014 at about 1.00 or 1.30 am all the accused persons A1 to A5 went to the house of complainant near Arya Samaj, Karwan on two motorcycles, armed with a coconut cutting knife, hand gloves, ropes, and A2 to A4 entered into the compound wall by scaling over the main iron gate, they destroyed the CC camera, while the A1 & A5 were watching the surroundings of complainant house, meantime on observing the police patrolling motorcycle all the accused ran away from there on their motorcycles. On credible information, all the accused persons A1 to A5 were arrested on 15-11-2014 and recovered their two motorcycles, coconut cutting knife, ropes and hand gloves under panchanama. The case is investigated by the Inspector of Police Sri. B. Ravinder of Tappachabutra police station with the assistance of staff, under the supervision of ACP, Asifnagar Sri. D. Srinivas. A.
