ALERT: This is for information. A settled law at SC level reported case pl [1996 SCMR 1185 ] held as If the Service Tribunal or SC decides a pt. of law relating to the terms of service of a civil servant which covers not only the the case of civil servant who litigated, but also of other civil servants, who may have not taken any legal proceedings, in such a case, the dictates & rule of good governance demand that the benefit of such judgment by S.T. / S C be extended to other civil servants, who may not be parties to litigation instead of compelling them to approach the S T or any other forum. In the presence of this settled SC judgment, the justification for filing CMA in Supreme court seems unnecessary. Any one wants to see details of 1996 SCMR 1185 can find it PLD with lawyers.
