ALERT: mamas Where SUPERSTORE NEWMARKET CASE ABSENT MINDED MOTHER ALMOST ARRESTED FOR SHOP LIFTING...READ ON I just had a story sent to me and I feel this could be any of you at this time. Just how absentminded can you be this time of year, shopping with a couple of kids. Feel free to call for confirmation on this. I just watched a mother get in her car and drive away...forgetting to fold up and take the stroller!! Lady your stroller is now behind the counter at Homesence Newmarket I took it in for you. .SO THIS IS HAPPENING EVERYWHERE.. BUT this one well our local store did not handle very well at all. Super Store Newmarket. Image needed: mother 3 young kids- 1 sick. Buys all her groceries.. PAYS, then heads to the pharmacy, 15 min wait for the medicine her child needs. Like any other mother.. she walks around with the kids to kill some time. Ahh pedialite/sick child I will buy. She places on top of her already paid grocery, goes back to collect medicine.. and leaves. YES she forgot to pay for the pedialite. Police were called .. terrible situation now unfolding right in front of her children.. one of an age that is able to understand. She explained what had happened, that fell on deaf very deaf ears with a very cold sergeant like store security who wanted nothing to do with the fact that she needed a drink for her kids, could not except that it was a simple error, due to ON CAMERA.. her youngest having a melt down!!! SAY NO MORE..MAMAS, take care. Police called, he came in calmed things down and no arrest He clearly knew this was a typical case of a stressed out mamas, absentminded with kids just wondering why the security did not recognize it also..
