ALHAJI ISIAKA WE MISS YOU I was surprised and very sad to learn of the death of Alhaji Isiaka who was a really great and memorable Lecturer and Sound Teacher. He made class interesting and fun, in part because he was offbeat and kept us all on our toes. But the information he passed down to us and the way he grounded us in contemporary Nigeria Government and Politics and Introduction to Public administration was very solid. He always had a smile hehehehehe and gave the sense that class was fun, and that thinking critically and creatively should be fundamental to all homo-politikus. And he was pretty hilarious in all his courses, as everyone who took it would remember. Its hard to forget some of your qoutes Nigeria went into colonialism with hoe and cutlass and also came out with hoe and cutlass. the day of reckoning is fast approaching. dont write any bodys name on Proxy do you think you are in the beer palour plagiarism is tantamount to -20 As a Political Scientist, Im grateful for what he taught me about Politics and Administration, and as a Kogi State University student, Im grateful for what he taught me about loving learning. With condolences to Alhaji Isiakas family and the Political science Department, Kogi State University Anyigba, May his gentle soul rest in peace and may God grant us all the fortitude to bear this irreplaceable loss....Amen.
