ALI ZAFAR NEW YEARS EVE SHOW HAS BEEN POSTPONED: The organiser of the event, Dalip Rajcomar, said on Monday that the event, scheduled for December 31,2014, has been postponed. He said Zafar was unable to attend due to the massacre in Pakistan of which 150 lives were lost. We feel due to the current depressing situation in Pakistan and among communities throughout the world after the Peshawar incident, it would be wise to postpone the show to a later date, he said. Ali Zafar took to social media to inform fans. He said: I am in deep mourning at this time and sadly cannot bring myself to perform this New Years Eve. We are suffering the death of humanity and we all need to observe this period for peace and hope for future generations. Please note: The newspaper was only informed about the postponement on Monday, December 29, a day after our publication date.
