ALL After School Program Leader Richstone Family Center - Hawthorne, CA Job Description Oversee and direct, homeowrk and enrichment/recreation activities with clusters of 15 ro 20 students. Develop and implement lesson plans based on fun, skill-based learning activities. Implement classroom behavior management and provide homework assistance. Work effectively and cooperatively with parents, teachers and community partners to supervise and ensure quality services and safety of all students. Participate as part of a team with the Site Coordinator and other program staff to design and implement program. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older and be legally eligible to work in the U.S. Must have a high school diploma or GED. All applicants must pass a basic skills test and have relevant experience and skills. Must pass a criminal background check for Richstone and Hawthorne School district. Take a TB test. Additional Information ALL Program follows the Hawthorne School District operating calendar. Hours: M, T, TH & F 2:15pm-6:30pm and W 1:30-6:30pm (Flexibility required). Pay: $12/hour. Complete an application at Richstone Family Center, 13634 Cordary Ave., Hawthorne, CA 90250. Applications are available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, except holidays. Once an applicant submits an application, it will be reviewed. Only candidates we are interested in will be contacted to come in for a basic skills test appointment.
