ALL COMMENTS WELCOME: At the office and I am on the phone. My boss is here and the other lines are ringing and I can not get off the phone with the other customer. He yells "do you want me to get that?" I can not respond as I am on the other line with a customer trying to get what they need. Again the phone rings and he yells once more "do you want me to get that?" Again I am still on the phone with the customer and can not answer him without interrupting the customer I am on the phone with. If you were sitting there playing f**king (yup I cussed) poker would you answer the phone or ignore it an let the potential work go else where?
