ALL FISHERMAN PLEASE READ!!! I posted this last night in the late hrs so not many people saw it so Im posting again. Please read below and I need to know how many people agree and I could get a signature from to EXCLUDE OR SUB CATEGORIZE farm pond state record fish. I think that we can get this changed which would be a game changer for us that are trophy bass hunters in Michigan!! Ok fishin fam Id like your opinion on this subject. The state record largemouth bass is like 11lbs. That is a MASSIVE northern bass almost incomprehensible. The bass was caught in a farm pond. Now congrats to the angler that caught this massive bass but I wonder something. Should farm pond fish be excluded?? I personally think that they should and here is why. Some of us couldnt give 2 turds about catching a state record fish. However its what some of us LIVE FOR!! Catching big giant fish!! And in my opinion it completely takes the wind out of those peoples sails and hopes to catch or at least come close to catching a state record. Hell even I could grow a 12lber in a farm pond wait till shes bedding and BAM...state record. I think that either they should exclude these fish OR have a sub category for farm pond records. What do you think??
