(Example: Unit looks overall good however everything still needs to be wiped down, dusted and sanitized. Spot cleaning of kitchen and bathroom needed.) $00.19/sq.ft. Standard cleaning -or- lighter condition move-out cleaning with pet hair (Example: Everything in the unit needs to be cleaned. Kitchen and bathrooms need full cleaning, but overall cabinets, appliances and bathtubs, floors dont look very dirty and do not have heavy dirt or grease build up) $00.25/sq/ft. Heavy condition cleaning of move-out homes without abandoned property. (Example: Everything in the house needs a full deep clean - appliances, cabinets, windows, floors, millwork, bathroom, etc. dont look clean.) $40.00/hour Very heavy cleaning of move-out homes, with abandoned property and when everything left dirty. (Some or all appliances, cabinets, bathrooms, floors, windows need a lot of scrubbing and cleaning. Items needs to be removed from cabinets and around home prior to cleaning surfaces.) RATE MISCELLANEOUS FEES $40.00 Hourly rate, including any add-on services (ex: sweep, cobweb and/or mop basement or garage; sweep driveway; wash walls after remodeling or before painting, etc.) $27.00 Replacing set of 4 drip pans / electrical stove $ 5.00 Exterior window cleaning / per pane Request Quote $60.00 Touch-up cleaning (When unit was already cleaned by Flawless Keeping and it becomes lightly dirty due to traffic or just sitting on the market vacant) $ 00.00 Go-back (If you find anything unsatisfactory or missed during the cleaning, give me a call within 24-hour period and calvin will return to the unit at no extra charge) $25.00 Rescheduling/cancellation/ charge (When notice is given less than two hours prior to cleaning or in case when hot water and/or electricity disconnected). ----The following is a list of additional items that will be assessed following your move-out, as well as a check list for things to be done prior to your move out.. Again, charges will be withheld directly upon final billing. ----Remove each personal item and trash--$50 and up --IF TRASH DOES NOT FIT INTO DUMPSTER, IT IS RESIDENT’S RESPONSIBILITY TO TAKE IT OFF THE PROPERTY.
