ALL NEPAL LEO MEET - 2014 Pre Registration : NRs. 500/- (Without Accommodation) Registration Deadline: 1st March, 2014 Spot Registration: NRs. 600/- (Without Accommodation) Program Highlights 1. Award distribution: Different awards will be distributed for recognition to Leo Clubs and Leos of L.Y. 2012-13. 2. LFON membership distribution : The LFON membership distribution will be done. 3. Oratory Competition: The Competition in Multiple district theme Let’s do it. They must register their name before deadline. The sub-districts are requested to send Two Leos name. 4. Mr. & Miss Leo Competition: Every Leos are capable for this competition. They must register their name before deadline 5. Short Marathon: There will be short Marathon while doing sightseeing. On the spot registration will be done. 6. Best Club’s specific project show: Each club can prepare power point or video of any one specific club project done till now in this L.Y. 2013-14. 4 minutes time will be given to each club. 7. Talk program: Talk program will also be conducted in the program with motive to benefit the Leos. 8. Leo Multiple Council Meeting: There will be Leo Multiple Council Meeting. Councilors from all the districts, 325 A1, A2, B1 & B2 will participate to discuss on agendas. 9. Sports & Competitions: There will also be different sports & competitions which will be played in the venue. Bingo, raffle draw etc will also be conducted. Leos can register the names on the spot. 10. Cultural Programs: There will also be entertaining cultural programs like dances, singing. For participation on various programs, the participants shall have made arrangements of dress, sound tracks, etc. 11. Dance Party/ Camp fire: There will also be greeting exchange as well as Dance Party for fellowship as well as entertainment & enjoyment. The Camp Fire will be done in official hotel only. 12. Religious place visit, hiking & sightseeing: There will also be religious place visit like visit to temple, Nagarkot Tower with Sunrise as well as sightseeing of natural beauty and other places too. Most disciplined club 8. Sports & Other surprises Rules: 1. Pre-registration fee is to be submitted to the host committee/Multiple team with name list of participants. 2. Registration fee shall not be levied if the participant fails to attend any program after registration. 3. For attending Opening ceremony, and Multiple Council meeting one should be present with formal gestures and identity card provided by the host committee. 4. A formal letter of participants name lists shall be provided by the club along with the coordinator for the program. 5. Leo District and Multiple District Council officers are restricted to participate on any of the contests like Oratory, Mr. & Miss Leo Competition, Short Marathon, sports and competitions. 6. Any violation of the programs policies and regulations of the All Nepal Leo Meet shall be fined to the club.
